Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled based on photographer availability. If weather affects your appointment, we'll gladly work with you to choose another available time.
Yes. We proudly guarantee Next Business Day Delivery for our standard media services. Specialty editing services such as advanced video production or virtual staging may require additional processing time depending on the service selected.
We never limit you to a fixed number of photographs. Every property receives as many professionally edited images as needed to showcase the home at its very best. As an example, a typical 3,000-square-foot home often receives more than 60 finished MLS-quality photographs.
Yes. When weather conditions are less than ideal, we automatically perform professional sky replacements during our editing process whenever appropriate.
Yes. TV screen replacements are available upon request.
Yes. Minor distractions are typically removed during our standard editing process. If you have additional editing requests, simply let us know.
Yes. Our images receive professional editing before delivery. If additional retouching is needed beyond our standard editing, simply contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your request.

Yes — every interior light, lamp, and accent fixture should be on. This warms the photos and keeps the lighting consistent room to room.
We do light staging adjustments (pillows, chairs) but do not move heavy furniture, take down personal photos, or pack belongings.
Most homes take 60–90 minutes on site. Larger luxury homes or shoots with video, drone, and 3D can take 2–3 hours.
Yes — schematic and measured floor plans are available as an add-on or bundled with our 3D tour packages.
Yes. Drone photography is available as a stand-alone service.
Yes. We fly under FAA Part 107 and deliver MLS-compliant aerial photos and video.
If weather conditions or FAA regulations prevent us from safely or legally flying, you will never be charged for drone services that could not be completed. You may choose to reschedule the drone portion or simply remove it from your order.
Yes. Every Zillow 3D Tour we create includes a FREE Zillow-generated floor plan at no additional charge.
Your Zillow 3D Tour remains hosted until the property is sold.
No. Zillow does not allow completed Zillow 3D Tours to be transferred to another owner or account.
No. A new Zillow 3D Tour must be created if the property is relisted.
For most residential listings, Zillow 3D is the preferred option because it appears directly on Zillow listings and includes a FREE Zillow-generated floor plan. Matterport is typically the preferred solution for commercial properties and situations where advanced 3D walkthrough capabilities are needed.
Matterport hosting is included for six months.
No. Matterport floor plans are available as an optional add-on for $35.
Yes. Matterport tours can be transferred to another owner when needed.
Cropping a horizontal video into a vertical format removes most of the original image, so rooms, exteriors, and aerial footage end up cut off or awkwardly framed. A true vertical video is filmed from the start with mobile framing, movement, and pacing in mind — which keeps the property fully visible and dramatically improves engagement on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
A dedicated vertical production plans the framing, camera movement, shot selection, timing, and editing specifically for mobile platforms. Rooms stay fully visible, exterior and aerial shots are properly framed, and motion feels natural — giving the content the best opportunity to perform on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Video tours are delivered within 24–48 hours. Advanced productions with custom music or narration may take slightly longer depending on the edit.
Twilight images capture the home during the short window around sunset when exterior and interior lighting balance beautifully. They are among the highest-performing images in any listing gallery.
Yes. When an on-site twilight session isn't possible, we can convert a daytime exterior into a realistic twilight image, delivered the next business day.
Our Property Marketing Kit helps you market your listing immediately and includes a property website, an animated social media post, printable PDF flyers, a QR code linking directly to the property website, built-in lead capture, and additional ready-to-use marketing materials. Everything is pre-populated with your listing information and can also be customized.

Yes. Lead capture is built in, so inquiries from the property website come straight to you.
Yes. You may use the website with your branding or choose an unbranded version when appropriate.
Yes. Customers receive complimentary AI Credits with qualifying completed shoots, and the number of credits depends on the services ordered. Complimentary credits expire after 15 days and are intended for use on that property's marketing. Purchased AI Credits never expire.
No. AI Credits are assigned to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred.

You'll receive an email containing secure download links for all completed media, making it easy to access, share, and upload your content.

Payment is due upon delivery of your completed media. Simply use the Pay Now button included with your delivery email to complete your payment securely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Realistic Image LLC retains the copyright to all media we create. However, you receive the rights necessary to use the media to market your property listing. Builders and other commercial users may purchase additional licensing when needed.
Yes. Extended licensing is available for builders, developers, and other commercial users.
Yes. Previous homeowners may purchase copies of the media created for their property.
If anything is off due to our work, we reshoot at no charge. Weather and seller-preparation issues are handled case-by-case so the listing still looks its best.
Yes. All drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified.
